Toroidal Transformer Winding

UAB “Gijona” performs the winding of toroidal transformers and coils.DSCF2681small For toroidal winding we use: microprocessor controlled toroidal winding machines 4.5LSMC and 4.5LS manufactured by Jovil Universal and toroidal coil winding machine RWE-Simple produced by RUFF.

  • Toroidal transformers with the following parameters are wounded using the winding auxiliary device Winding Head Subminiature#2, by means of the machine Jovil Universal:

Wire size: 0.04 – 0.25 mm;
Minimum coil OD – 10 mm;
Maximum coil OD – 25 mm;
Minimum coil ID – 3.5 mm;
Maximum coil HT – 19 mm.

  • Model 4.5LSMC and Model 4.5LS are compatible with the winding auxiliary device Winding Head#4 and capable of winding toroidal transformers with the following parameters:DSCF2828smalll

Wire size: 0.06 – 0.45 mm;
Minimum coil OD – 13 mm;
Maximum coil OD – 70 mm;
Minimum coil ID – 6 mm;
Maximum coil HT – 50 mm.

  • Toroidal transformers with the following parameters are wounded using the winding auxiliary device Winding Head RW-2, by means of the machine RUFF:DSCF2697small

Wire size: 0.2 – 1.4 mm;
Minimum coil OD – 25 mm;
Maximum coil OD – 150 mm;
Minimum coil ID – 30 mm;
Maximum coil HT – 70 mm.

  • Model RWE-Simple is compatible with the winding auxiliary device Winding Head RW-30 and capable of winding toroidal transformers with the following parameters:DSCF2809small

Wire size: 0.1 – 1 mm;
Minimum coil OD – 25 mm;
Maximum coil OD – 150 mm;
Minimum coil ID – 30 mm;
Maximum coil HT – 70 mm.

  • Toroidal transformers with the following parameters are wounded using the winding auxiliary device Taping Head RW2/B:DSCF2791smalll

Tape width: 9 – 20 mm;
Minimum coil OD – 25 mm;
Maximum coil OD – 150 mm;
Minimum coil ID – 30 mm;
Maximum coil HT – 70 mm.

THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING DATA:

  • physical dimensions of a toroidal core (OD, ID, HT);
  • the number of turns in every winding;
  • the diameter of every winding wire;
  • the location of the winding starting and end points on toroid;
  • the thickness of insulation between windings;
  • which windings to be insulated and how many layers to be used;DSCF2798small
  • the length and diameter of output wires;
  • the value of high voltage and which windings to be tested for high voltage;
  • the values of primary and secondary winding voltages.

Coil Winding

Coil winding machine Aumann TW 1-E is designed for DSCF2695smalllmanufacturing a large variety of coils with the following parameters:

Wire size: 0.02 – 1.5 mm;
Maximum coil length – 50 mm;
Maximum coil diameter – 50 mm.

All winding works are being performed according to the customer’s requirements or technical documentation provided by them. Materials supplied by customers.
